Heady Combination of
Continental & Chinese
Four-in-one
restaurant stands tall amidst a cluster of buildings at
the Wazirpur Industrial area. This bustling market in
the heart of Shalimar Bagh is no doubt an ideal location
for a restaurant that has the rare distinction of
serving Continental and Mexican-food besides Chinese and
Mughlai.
There are three floors
here, each floor serving a different fare. On the ground
floor, you have Chinese, While on the first you have
Mughlai and on the third you have Continental and
Mexican food. For the vegetarian, there is the basement,
tastefully decorated and quite spacious.
The proprietor Anil
Sharma has been into the hotel business for the past
fifteen years. He has already two restaurants in
Jullundur and given his vast experience in this field,
Four-in-one was just an inevitable corollary of his
expansion plans. Says the amiable Sharma: "When you
are in this business, you have to map out your
strategies and most important of all, pay attention to
the needs of the customers. And this applies not only to
quality food but also to the interiors because of the
soothing effect to the eyes."
Justifiably enough,
Four-in-One can lay claim to being one of the best in
terms of interiors and the credit for this goes to Rajiv
Gupta, one of the famous interior decorators of India.
On every floor, one can see rows of saplings in long
winding curves behind the glass windows.
